Dwayne Marshall currently serves as Executive Director for the Catalyst Development Corporation which is a community development financial institution (CDFI) based in Savannah, GA. In his current capacity, Dwayne works in partnership with the Catalyst board to provide access to capital, technical assistance and financial education to businesses in the target markets of metro Savannah and Atlanta, GA. Previously, Dwayne has served as an executive leader in the philanthropy sector and possesses over a decade of experience in the field. Most recently, he served as the Vice President of Community Investment for the Community Foundation of Greater Chattanooga. He provided leadership and strategic direction regarding the organization’s responsive grantmaking, strategic investments, scholarship programs and impact investing efforts for the foundation to address existing and emerging needs of the community and its partners. Previously, he served as a Senior Director of Programs and Partnerships for the Southeastern Council of Foundations (now Philanthropy Southeast). Dwayne is an alumnus of several civic engagement and leadership development programs including the Jackie Robinson Foundation, New Leaders Council, Atlanta Black Jewish Coalition, Aspen Institute Socrates Program and the Independent Sector NGEN Fellowship. Mr. Marshall received his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a concentration in Organization Management and Marketing from the Roberto C. Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
